Use Cases
The IBAN changed. The director changed. Did you notice?
Most B2B payment fraud does not happen at onboarding. It happens after — when an entity changes and nobody updates your vendor record. sikker.me detects those changes at the source. Before the next payment runs.
Signal types
Three signals. All in the registry. None in your ERP.
01 — IBAN change
The most common BEC attack. Fraudster intercepts a supplier communication, or compromises their email. Sends a 'bank details update' notification. You update the record. The IBAN now belongs to a fraudster. sikker.me cross-references every IBAN against the government registry. A new IBAN for a known entity triggers an alert — before the next payment runs.
02 — Director substitution
A company is taken over. New directors installed. The legal entity name is unchanged. The IBAN is unchanged. But the people controlling the account are different. Director changes are filed in the government registry. sikker.me monitors them. Your ERP does not.
03 — Entity status change
A supplier dissolves, enters insolvency proceedings, or is struck off the register. They continue submitting invoices. Payments still execute — to an entity that legally no longer exists. Registry status is updated within 24–72 hours of filing. sikker.me reflects the change. Your payment queue does not.
Findings
Not a flag. A specific, actionable finding.
Every Mismatch verdict includes:
- The specific discrepancy (what changed)
- The registry source and date of the change
- The previous verified state
- A recommended action
- An audit ID for compliance documentation

Continuous. Not periodic. Not on-request.
Every vendor in your active payment list is monitored continuously. When a registry event fires:
- Director appointment or removal
- Registered address change
- Legal name change
- Company status change (dissolution, insolvency, suspension)
- IBAN change detected at registry level
You receive an alert before the next scheduled payment. Not after.
